
This project required the demolition of an existing Police Station Building which was built in 1958. In its place, a 22,000 sq. ft. 2-story building was built consisting of: three cells with ½ bathrooms, classrooms, communications, computer and control rooms, reception area, men’s and women’s dressing/changing rooms, locker rooms, sleeping quarters, offices, records storage, two public restrooms, fully equipped kitchen, equipment bay, state-of-the-art Heating and Air Conditioning Cooling Systems utilizing on-site steam, patrol vehicle drive-thru underneath a second floor overhang, 8,000 sq. ft of vehicle parking, exterior landscaping and associated hardscape.

The project was awarded LEED Gold Certification by the United States Green Building Council.
